3. Do you use black and white film for any shots? No, I use all color to capture all of my images. But since all of my images are digital files , I have the capability to create black and white, brown and blue tone images, plus a virtual limitless variety of special effects photographs.

4. Do you have an assistant? It is my normal policy to use an assistant to help me at any wedding where the duration is longer than 4 hours.

8. How do you dress for weddings. At every wedding, I wear slacks, coat and tie.

9. Do we need to supply a list of images we would like taken at the wedding? A general list of images that we normally take at every wedding, is supplied to you if you request. You can then add any special people or shots to the list that you would like to add to your coverage. Throughout the day, we will also be asking you if there are any images you would like to have taken.

10. What happens if you cannot photograph the wedding yourself? In the event I cannot photograph the wedding because of illness or a family emergency, I have a list of local professionals, that I would be able to contact to fill in for myself. As an aside, I have NEVER missed an assignment for any reason since I began my business in 1975.

11. Can other people photograph while you are taking your pictures? It is our policy to not allow anyone else to photograph or videotape while we are doing any kind of FORMAL portraits. We realize that family and friends love to take pictures on your wedding day, but we ask those people to wait until we are completely done with all of our formal photographs to take their pictures. This assures you of a minimum of distractions and gives us the opportunity to do our best work, in the least amount of time.

12. How long does it take before we see the photographs from our wedding? Your wedding previews, and/or website images, are usually ready 1-2 weeks following your ceremony.

13. Can our friends and family order photographs from the website? At this time, we have online ordering and view of your wedding photographs from our website.

14. Your site says that you are a Master Photographer. What does that title mean? The Master of Photography is awarded to members of the Professional Photographers of America whose members have submitted their images to judging, by other Master Photographers, at the PPA National convention and awarded points for those images achieving their standard of EXCELLENCE. After achieving a minimum of 25 points, the photographer is awarded this prestigious award. Currently, about 10% of their 15,000 members have achieved this honor.

15. Do we have to design the layout of our wedding album? You have the choice of doing the layout yourself, or you can pick out the images you would like in the album and we will gladly do the layout , then give you a print out of the layout to approve or make changes.

16. What happens if you change your prices after we book the wedding? Your prices are frozen at the current level of prices at the time you book your wedding and are guaranteed to remain in force a minimum of 30 days after picking up your previews, and/or your website images are made available for viewing, but in any event no more than a maximum of 60 day after your ceremony date. It is only on rare occasions we enforce any new price increase on our clients, but we reserve the right to do do.

17. How long does it take to get our order back. Once your order is placed, the time it takes will vary depending on what it ordered. If you order prints only, that will usually take only about 3-5 weeks, depending on sizes and styles. If you order Art Leather albums, the process take about 4-6 weeks. Leather Craftsmen, Zookbinder and White Glove albums take approximately 6-8 weeks. If you have a special time requirement, we will always try to accommodate any special requests.
